At Fryd Carts, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which we accept returns and issue refunds, as well as the process for initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return the product for a refund or exchange if:

  • The product is in its original, unopened condition.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless defective.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@fryd-carts.org with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Await instructions for returning your product. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  3. Pack the product securely and include any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included in the original package.
  4. Send the product to the provided return address, ensuring to include the RMA number on or inside the package.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please follow the process for returns outlined above. Indicate in your initial contact with customer service that you are seeking an exchange, and we will accommodate your request based on product availability.
